The big question on your mind may be...how. The process starts with a phone call. If the truck is driveable, set up an appointment as soon as possible. If the truck is not driveable, we can help arrange towing and transport. We'll be able to advise on the best course of action. We can make contact with the insurance adjuster, begin the estimation process, and check parts availability. We can negotiate the proper repair procedures with the agent. At that time, we can give you a down time estimate. And...we can assure you that every effort will be made to minimize downtime.
From the minors to the majors. WE aren't referring to baseball, but truck damage. We've done a simple fender job all the way up to a major collision repair. Our goal is to return the vehicle to its' pre-accident condition. Our business philosophy is simple; if the vehicle looks like it was repaired, it won't pass our quality standards.
